The Williams District was originally founded as a place where people could work. Whether they were creating products or providing services, those businesses paved the way for future generations to carry on the tradition. Today, the corridor brims with agencies, nonprofits and small businesses that provide vital services to the people of Portland and beyond.
Our practice is tightly focused on serving seriously injured people and other victims of catastrophic loss or corporate wrongdoing.

The East Multnomah Soil and Water Conservation District (EMSWCD) is a unit of local government that works east of the Willamette River in Multnomah County. We are led by an elected board of five directors. We work with residents, landowners, and land managers on a voluntary basis to help people care for land and water. All of our work is geared toward keeping lands and waters healthy and sustaining farms, forests, wildlife and communities.

Pandemic update from Adriana:
We are continuing to work out of our St. Johns location due to staffing limitations and keeping the Williams location closed. At this time our lobbies are closed to the public and open for appointments only (at this point it is quite rare as so much can be done over our app or through an ATM). We have 9 locations in WA that are servicing members through our drive ups.
